As we look back over our twenty one year history, the favor of God is so evident. From the lives touched here locally to the nations around the world, we have been privileged. God has been good to us!
You have been a significant part of our journey. Your faithful prayers, service and giving have not gone unnoticed by our Heavenly Father and are deeply appreciated by this ministry.
Now as we enter the Kingdom Life campaign, we are so grateful that you are considering being a part of leaving a legacy of "building an overcoming church out of broken lives." As a partner, we ask that you seek God’s direction for what you will commit over the first three and a half years and allow faith to arise in your heart knowing that God will provide all that you desire to give and all that the church needs to complete its mission. Over the next eight years we envision raising 28M in order to remove the debt on all properties; and by our thirtieth church anniversary to be completely debt free!

Our Legacy
Yesterday...
Calvary Revival Church began in 1990 with a vision to "build an overcoming church out of broken lives through the power of Jesus Christ." Because our focus has never been on the size of the church, but the ability to reach hurting people with a truth that makes them free, we were filled with compassion and desire to meet the physical and spiritual needs of the community. Our first outreach efforts included hitting the streets and hosting block parties, developing education ministries and mentoring the youth. That was our goal then and is still very much an important objective today. But over 20 years later, we’ve taken this initiative globally and have been able to do so because of your prayers, love and ongoing support.
Today...
Today we are still growing in new and powerful ways. Many of our children have grown up and become ministers and great leaders. Our school is transitioning into a world class pre-and elementary school system. And lives continue to be changed through word and action every day.
Our desire to do more to bring our mission statement to life is evident and can be seen in our efforts throughout the world and community. In light of our vision, the CRC mission has been clearly defined as "Discover Life at Calvary: Embrace Life, Live Life, Give Life!" To date, we have witnessed more than 22,000 people come to faith in Christ, planted five new churches, touched and changed the lives of thousands upon thousands. Our Norfolk church currently supports a Bishop over China, Singapore and Hong Kong; as well as a Bishop over India, Cambodia and South Vietnam. Not only that, but many more churches have come under the watchful eye of Bishop McBath and Calvary Alliance Churches! If we could become a ministry that is debt free, we will walk into even greater possibilities!
Our Future Depends on Your Commitment
We not only have the opportunity to change the world now, but we can leave a legacy by leaving our children a debt free ministry. We can, over the next eight years, give from our hearts so that we can pass on a legacy that will continue to speak to hearts and change lives.
With the Kingdom Life Campaign, we set into motion a plan to retire all debt on all properties owned by CRC, Norfolk. The plan is to conduct an initial campaign to raise $12 to $15 million over the next 3.5 years. Once we successfully complete that campaign we will rest a year and then come back and do another campaign for an additional $12 to $15 million. This means that in approximately 8 years from now have completely paid for our Sanctuary, Life and Executive Buildings; as well as our school properties.
Why is that important? It’s important because Jesus commands us to "preach the word throughout all nations." That doesn't’t just begin and end with us. In addition to that we will save ourselves more than $10 million in interest costs!
Wouldn't’t it be wonderful for CRC to enter its thirtieth year with a debt free existence for the next generation? It can happen with your prayers and financial commitment. Are you excited and ready to participate, knowing that today’s and future generations are counting on us?
