Ready to find your place at CRC? Joining a Collab is a great way to build meaningful relationships, use your gifts, and serve alongside RVL Fam.
Start by completing RVL Culture 201, where you will learn who we are, what we believe, and how you can Collab With Us. Once you have completed RVL Culture 201, you will have the opportunity to choose a Collab that aligns with your gifts, interests, and availability.
From there, a Collab Lead will connect with you, help you take your next step, and welcome you to the team.
