If you or a family member is experiencing an illness, death, or has a counseling need, please complete the referral form below. After your submission, a Fam Care co-laborer will be in touch with you within 24 hours.
Dedicating your child is a public commitment to raise them in the love and knowledge of Jesus, with your church family standing with you. If you’d like to dedicate your child at CRC, fill out the form below, and our team will reach out with next steps.
