PARTNER CARE SERVICES

Welcome to your Partner Care Services page. Please know that we are praying for our Partners and their families. Also, know that we are here to serve and assist you and your family during difficult times. If you, or a family member, are experiencing an illness, death, or have a counseling need, please complete the referral form below. After your submission, a Partner Care co-laborer will be in touch with you within 24 hours.

A Partner Care team member will assist you as needed. If requested, applicable funeral assistance will be provided as available. Calvary Revival Church will assist with and/or host funerals for:

Partner’s Spouses
Children of Partners who are 21 & under
Partner’s parents, in some special cases
Extended family members of high-capacity leaders, in some special cases
