Collabs are a group of incredible people who have discovered their gifts and passions and are actively serving in them.
From creating a comfortable environment by serving on our Guest Services Collab, to leading the next generation to Jesus by serving on our Student and Family Collab, to crafting a dynamic experience with the Creative Collab, to tearing down barriers across our city by leading a Conversation.
Ready to find your place at CRC? Joining a Collab is a great way to build meaningful relationships, use your gifts, and serve alongside RVL Fam.
Start by completing RVL Culture, where you will learn who we are, what we believe, and how you can Collab With Us. Once you have completed RVL Culture, you will have the opportunity to choose a Collab that aligns with your gifts, interests, and availability.
From there, a Collab Lead will connect with you, help you take your next step, and welcome you to the team.
You don’t have to do life alone—find your people, discover your place, and Collab With Us!
