Collabs are a group of incredible people who have discovered their gifts and passions and are actively serving in them. From creating a comfortable environment by serving on our Guest Services Collab, to leading the next generation to Jesus by serving on our Student and Family Collab, to crafting a dynamic experience with the Creative Collab, to tearing down barriers across our city by leading a Conversation.
How do I join a Collab?
Joining a collab takes place when you complete RVL Culture. Step Four of RVL Culture is designed for you to join a collab of your choice. Connect to the opportunities available at Calvary to live out your purpose and serve others by using your God-given gifts.

Our collab exists to enhance the worship experience through video, photography and motion and still graphics. We also help to expand the Kingdom through broadcast, live stream, web and online marketing, merchandising and social media.
Production Collab

Our collab assists in the production of the overall worship experience, using light, cameras, and other visual elements.
Revival Worship

Our collab facilitates a powerful worship experience through vocals, instruments, and audio engineering.
Student and Family

Our collab invests in the lives of students through powerful worship, Biblical teaching, creative and student-led videos, courageous chats and impactful relationships. Additionally, our collab connects with students through Conversations, community partnerships and special events.

Our collab brings a personal touch to our worship experiences by hosting in the lobby, at coffee stations, the welcome desk in the auditorium and we assist people to their seats.

Our collab is comprised of facilities care, security, and IT support. We contribute to the worship experience by keeping the building clean, and ensuring that the physical environment is safe and conducive for worship services, meetings, and events, and assist with technology related tasks.
